LINK – Leadership, Inclusion, Networking and Knowledge (2026)
The project delivers mentoring, networking and leadership workshops for lesbians, develops workplace inclusion resources for employers, and facilitates knowledge exchange among lesbian entrepreneurs and organisations. Together, these activities strengthen professional opportunities, entrepreneurship and workplace inclusion.
Strengthening LesWorking: our organization taking it to the next level (2023)
The objective of this project is to strengthen the capacities of the LesWorking association, in particular its communications work, as well as its community engagement work, through organizing events and communications campaigns. Lastly, the project includes legal work aiming to target lesbophobia and discrimination against lesbian women*.
